For a better life style, Tignes offers a new area for skiers and pedestrians, an unique ski area in France and Europe with 300 km of slopes between 1550m to 3456m of altitude.
From Tignes les Brévières to the top of the Grande Motte glacier, you will find the different types of slopes satisfying the beginners in ski or snowboard and the experienced freeriders as well.
The 97 lifts, 4 cable cars, 2 funiculars and the snowparks will allow you to discover this stunning ski area named "l'Espace Killy".
Access to the resort
- By car : Highway A430 Chambéry-Albertville, then national road to Moutiers, N90 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice and D902 to Tignes
- By train : daily trains and TGV. Hourly bus and taxis from Bourg-Saint-Maurice
- By plane : Airport of Lyon/St Exupéry, Genève-Cointrin, Chambéry (local), car rental or bus link
