Renting conditions
The reservation will be effective with the payment of 25% of the total price.
Guarantee deposit from 382 to 850€ is to be paid on arrival, refunded on departure.
Local tax to be paid on arrival: 0.90€ per person per day (free for under 13-years old).
Renting information
On arriving
You must leave the apartment as you found it.
You will have to do the washing up, the housework, to empty the dustbin and to put the furniture back in place.
However if you do not want to do the housework, on the day you arrive you can pay the agency to do it but you still have to do the washing up and empty the dustbin.
When you arrive in the flat
The inventory will have already been done. However if you have a problem, you can notify us so that we try to solve it as best as possible.
Before your departure
The reception is at Tilt Estate Agency.
You will be given the keys after the total payment of your stay.Tilt Estate Agency will also give you all the information for a good stay in Tignes.
On departure
Tilt Estate Agency will do the departure and the inventory of fixtures in the flat at the previous hour (before 10am).
Your deposit will be given back against the flat keys and a flat in good condition.
